Trouble shooting

Most likely it's a technical error. The server will re-convert your coub automatically, just wait a little. If the error still occurs, contact support@coub.com.

Coub accepts most of the video file formats, here's the list. If your file is in the list and you still experience problems, try the following:

1. Check if the video is larger than 200 Mb.

2. Try re-converting your footage. Files converted with CloudConvert usually work fine in our editor.

3. Contact our support and tell us which software/service you used to convert this video.

1. See if the audio is larger than 20 Mb.

2. Try re-converting your track using Audacity or any online service. Files converted with AudioConverter usually work fine in our editor.

3. Contact our support and tell us which software/service you used to convert this audio.

You can send us a link to the video, and we’ll look into it. If it’s a copyright issue, then there’s nothing we can do.
